EUROPEAN UNION. Memorial 2 € 2012 "20 th Anniversary of the Treaty on European Union"
After the Special Series on EMU, Europe has announced its next monitoring in all eurozone countries will give their commemorative € 2 coin, the reason elected this time will be the 20th Anivesario of the Treaty on European Union (TEU) also known as the Maastricht Treaty had been signed on February 7 1992 in the Dutch town that bears that name, is a treaty amending the founding Treaties of the European Communities (Treaty of Paris (1951), the Treaties of Rome 1957 and the Single European Act of 1986).
Constitutes a crucial step in the process of European integration, as it proved for the first time the initial economic goal of the Communities and given a political vocation. With the Treaty establishing the European Union, which includes in it the previous three European Communities, but with substantial changes on the European Economic Community, which is renamed European Community. Moreover, adopting two systems of intergovernmental cooperation: the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) and Cooperation in Home Affairs and Justice. It is also the treaty is announcing the introduction of the euro.
The broadcast will occur in 2012 so not yet sure whether the euro at that time shall be maintained or expanded, as at present, if the forecasts are as wide between 20-23 countries depending on who enter into the next years, possibly expanding it safe Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, and with less possibility Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary.
The design of the coin of 2 € for this special series has not yet been chosen, as normal and democratic would be to propose a contest to choose the design and subsequently the EU chose the design, as in his time with the currency of the EMU.

Da bin ich doch mal froh, dass mit 2010 und 2011 jetzt wieder zwei "ruhigere" Jahre auf uns zukommen, 2007 und 2009 waren bzw. sind doch sehr aufwendig, wenn man die Münzen nicht einfach bloss lose haben wollte :-)

Es könnte doch jemand auf die Idee kommen, eine Gemeinschaftsausgabe "1 Jahr Euro-Raum-weite Finanz- und Wirtschaftskrise" herauszugeben! :crazy:

Ich bin auch froh das es nicht gleich im nächsten Jahr mit einer Gemeinschaftsausgabe weiter geht.
Als Rollensammler muß sich mein Konto erst mal etwas erholen. Es ist zwar ein Hobby, aber in manchen Jahren sehr kostspielig. Hobby ist halt Hobby. Andere zahlen für Ihre Hobby's weit aus mehr, ich finde die Münzensammler schon in Ordnung. :gert:

I think that it is too earlier to confirm such big program. We have to wait and possible the plans for issuing coins commemorating 20 years of UE will come in the future. Let's leave rumors aside, for now.
