Stade Toulousain ist ein polysportiver Verein aus der französischen Stadt Toulouse, wobei die Abteilung Rugby Union alle anderen Sportarten an Bedeutung bei weitem überragt. Der Verein wurde bisher 17 Mal französischer Rugby-Meister und gewann drei Mal den europäischen Heineken Cup, womit er der erfolgreichste des Landes überhaupt ist. Die Heimspiele werden im Stade Ernest-Wallon ausgetragen. Für Meisterschafts-Play-offs und Spiele im Heineken Cup weicht Stade Toulousain auf das doppelt so große Stadium Municipal aus.
Weitere Abteilungen des Vereins sind Baseball, Schwimmen, Wasserball und Tennis. Die Fußball-Abteilung konnte zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts einige Erfolge erzielen, existiert heute aber nicht mehr.

As such the players have held the prestigious Bouclier de Brennus trophy many times, something which all French rugby players dream of winning one day. A collection which will appeal to all rugby lovers but particularly Stade Toulousain fans. The precious metals used in producing this coin are particularly appropriate for this famous club, a symbol in the French sporting landscape. The obverse has the text "STADE TOULOUSAIN" at the top of the coin. In the middle, the Stade Toulousain shield is shown printe in red and black onto the silver coins.
