2 Euro Gedenkmünze "60. Jahrestag der Allgemeinen Erklärung der Menschenrechte" 2008

Die diesjährige 2 Euro Gedenkmünze soll zum Thema "200 Jahre Kriegsveteranen" ausgegeben werden.
Es gibt aber noch keine offizielle Bestätigung für dieses Thema.

Auf meine Anfrage wurde mir geantwortet das diese Thema nicht bestätigt ist und über eine Änderung diskutiert wird.
Die endgültige Entscheidung wird bis zum 9.04. fallen.
Sobald ich was genaues weiss werde ich berichten.

Heute habe ich folgende Antwort erhalten :
There is a design competition and the jury will have meeting on the 3rd of June.
Our Ministry of Finance will publish the results then. The topic is UN related.
Das heisst wir werden im Juni wissen welches Thema die neue 2 Euro Finnland bekommt.
Was könnte dieses Jahr bei der UN gefeiert werden ?? Gibt es da ein Jubiläum ???
Vielleicht 15 Jahre "
UN-Naturschutzkonferenz" ??? Die neunte findet dieses Jahr in Deutschland statt.

Wie der finnischen Presse zu entnehmen ist - könnte das Thema wohl "60 Jahre Menschenrechte" sein.
Aber wie schon geschrieben - entschieden wird das zum 3. Juni

... am 3. Juni endet doch der
Designwettbewerb. Das Thema sollte da doch schon feststehen - oder? ;-)

Das Thema wird sich wohl doch um die 60 Jahre Menschenrechte drehen.
Wie es exakt heißt wird hier mitgeteilt.

Das Thema steht fest : "60. Jahrestag der Deklaration der Menschenrechte"
Die Auflage bleibt bei 2.000.000
und die Ausgabe wird wie geplant im Oktober erfolgen.
Die Entwürfe werden um den 3. Juni veröffentlicht ,
dann endet der Designwettbewerb für diese Münze.

Und die Pressemitteilung dazu :
The Ministry of Finance will mint a commemorative coin to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Altogether 1,500,000 coins will be issued. The Collector Coin Committee's proposal still needs to be approved by the EU Commission.
The commemorative coin was designed by sculptor Tapio Kettunen. The coin depicts a human being inside a heart. The text HUMAN RIGHTS is also inscribed on the coin. The reverse of the coin is identical to that of normal two-euro coins. An image of the commemorative coin is provided as an attachment to this press release.
The commemorative coins will be issued in October 2008. At least Portugal, Italy and Austria will also mint a commemorative coin in honour of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Each country will design a coin of its own choosing.

Thats a mistake - it must be Portugal,Italy and Belgium.

Die Auflage wird also alles inbegriffen 1.500.000 sein
Wobei es möglich wäre das in diesem Jahr die 2 Euro wieder im KMS in PP enthalten sein wird.
