The Bank of Slovenia has issued a set of 2016 euro coins, comprised of the following:

the general circulation euro coins with a Slovenian national obverse
- a €3 bi-coloured collector coin issued to mark the 150th anniversary of the Red Cross in Slovenia
- a €2 commemorative coin issued to mark the 25th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Slovenia.

The following are on sale from 20 June 2016:
- 1,500 sets, proof quality: sales price EUR 50.00.
