Die Abtei von Cluny in Burgund war als Ausgangspunkt bedeutender Klosterreformen eines der einflussreichsten religiösen Zentren des Mittelalters. Ihre Kirche war zeitweise das größte Gotteshaus des Christentums. Mehrere Gebäude der Benediktinerabtei und einige Reste der im Zuge der Französischen Revolution gesprengten Abteikirche im Zentrum der gleichnamigen französischen Stadt Cluny sind erhalten.
Cluny wurde mit Urkunde vom 11. September 910 durch Wilhelm I. Herzog von Aquitanien und Graf von Mâconnais als Benediktinerkloster gegründet.

Das nenne ich doch mal eine geringe Auflage. Selbst wenn man das auf 5 Prägestätten hochrechnen würde wäre man immer noch sehr weit von den Auflagezahlen, der deutschen Goldmünzen entfernt. :ROFL:

stimmt schon, allerdings gibt aber im Jahr um die 20-30 Motive, die auf Französische Münzen kommen.
würde es nur eine Münze im Jahr geben, wäre die bei dieser Auflage bestimmt nicht zu bekommen.
