Plastic cover on the BU set - open or leave closed?

I bought my first Monaco BU set (2002). The set is originally packed in plastic wrap, so you can´t see the coins inside.

What do you think - it´s better to remove the plastic wrap or leave the set originally packed? Will has the set lower price if I remove the plastic wrap or almost all collect the coins not the plastic and paper covers?

Well.. it depends.

Do you want to collect the coins? Then it is not important what money you "lose". Do not collect the coins as a value... only for yourself.

Ich habe grad mal bei Ebay geschaut. Es macht keinen preislichen Unterschied ob der Satz eingeschweist ist oder nicht.

Ich musste feststellen, das der Satz ja mittlerweile auch für unter 180€ verkauft wird. . .

Well... As I said. Collect the coins for YOURSELF. Not for the money you will perhaps get for it.

This set for example is in the original foil and this isn´t in the foil.

Ach Gott ob das Teil eingeschweisst bleiben soll oder nicht !
Na ja der Wertsteigerung ist es bestimmt hilfreich beim Verkauf ein OVP anbieten zu können - aber was hat man dann überhaupt als Sammler von dem KMS?? ;-)
